ThorWallet
Thor Wallet is a crypto management app created by a SaaS company. I designed a matching website to showcase the app and support its mission.
REDESIGN
Managing crypto has never been easier with THOR. This app, created by a SaaS group, simplifies money management, and I wanted their website to feel just as light and intuitive.
Since promoting a website requires clear explanations, I structured the content into small sections with copy and infographics.
FLOWS & WIREFRAMES
From there, I created high-level flows to map out different user journeys and identify edge cases. I reviewed these with the engineering team, who provided valuable technical and UX feedback on what was feasible within the constraints of the existing codebase.
Once I finalized the core flows, I created wireframes to explore the UI structure and hierarchy in more detail. This stage raised many questions about smaller elements, like the placement of T&Cs and password validation options.
APP USER TESTING
Once I was satisfied with the overall UX direction,
I tested two variations of the flow, adjusting the order in which
users input their data.
I tested the previous version of the Wallet App and realized I needed to visually adapt it to match the new website design while also enhancing the user experience.
Before, creating an account and linking a wallet was cumbersome, involving too many clicks. Now, I’ve streamlined the process, cutting it down to the essentials.
Users simply read and accept the terms and conditions, and then move directly to a straightforward login screen.
Along the way, I refreshed the look, making it much more sophisticated and user-friendly.
New design
This app is currently used by tens of thousands of users. Created in 2021, it has been running smoothly for over four years without any performance complaints.
